The Group own and manage a collection of Cloud Kitchens (also referred as a delivery kitchen, virtual kitchen, commissary kitchen, dark kitchen, or Ghost kitchen) called uniQitchen, with our first kitchen located in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai.

The group have also secured a Management contract with Gỏi, a local start-up venture specialising in Vietnamese food and juices. Not only will the business be managed via the DHP but the brand ID and designs are also being created by Dash Hospitality Consultancy (DHC).

In September 2021 Dash signed the exclusive franchise rights with I am Doner a UK based, award winning, kebab business. I am Doner is revolutionising the doner kebab from a guilty pleasure to a go-to healthier option, using over 120 ingredients in their kebabs.
